Quick entry at the counter, a ledger page for every customer, due-date tracking and a neat statement: everything the paper book did, on your phone.
QUICK ENTRY
- Tap a customer, choose "Add credit" or "Take payment", type the amount and save.
- Calculator keypad: type 25+40+13.5 and it adds up as you go.
- Add the items you sell often as quick-pick chips; take a partial payment or tap "Take it all".
CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
- Name, phone, group, note, credit limit and label (normal, reliable, risky) for each person.
- Letter groups, fast search and filters: in debt, overdue, advance, over limit.
- A Suppliers tab for what you owe, multi-select to group people, and a warning when an entry would pass the credit limit.
DUE DATES AND REMINDERS
- Balance, entry history and an overdue warning for every customer.
- A local notification on the due day (no internet needed, if you allow notifications).
- Ready-made messages in four tones (kind, formal, short, friendly). You edit and send them yourself; there is no bulk sending.
ACCOUNT STATEMENTS
- A receipt-style statement with your business name, logo, date range, entry list and balance due.
- Share it as an image or a PDF; add your IBAN and a thank-you note if you wish.
- Deleted and edited entries stay in the edit history, and you can bring them back.

Backup without an account
An automatic local copy every day (the last 14 days are kept). Send the backup file wherever you like and restore it on a new phone. Your data lives only on your device, so if the phone is lost it cannot be recovered without your backup file.
Free app
Credit Ledger is free and contains no ads or in-app purchases. The interface is in Turkish and English. It is not an official accounting program; statements are not official documents.
