๐ Privacy Policy โ Table League
This policy explains how the Table League mobile app ("the App"), developed by Sogepps, handles data.
In short
- The app has no account, no sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases and no server run by us. We (the developer) do not collect, store or share any personal data, and we cannot access your data.
- Your groups, player names, matches, tournaments and settings are kept only on your phone, in the app's own storage. This information is never sent to us or to any third party.
- The app makes no network requests while it runs, and it contains no advertising, analytics or tracking library (SDK).
- Backups, group files, PDFs, CSV tables and images only leave the app when you tap "Share" or "Save", and they go to the app or folder you choose.
- Uninstalling the app deletes all of your Table League data from your device.
1. We don't collect personal data
We (Sogepps), the developer of Table League, do not collect your personal data, do not store it on our own servers and do not share it with anyone; we do not even run such a server. There is no account or sign-in in the app, no ads are shown, nothing can be purchased and we run no analytics of our own.
2. Information that stays on your device
The information you enter while using the app is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. This includes:
- Group and player names (names you type yourself), colors and player card details
- Score sheets, match results, tournaments, seasons and the ratings and achievements calculated from them
- Settings (theme, language, vibration, sound, keeping the screen on, rating method)
- Daily automatic backups (the last 14 days) and safety backups made before a restore; these also stay in the app's own folder on your device
None of this information is sent to us.
3. Files you share and import
When you share a backup file, a group file or a short group code, a tournament PDF, CSV tables, or a night report or result image, the app temporarily writes the file to its own cache folder and opens Android's share sheet. You decide where the file goes (a messaging app, email, a cloud folder or a folder on your device); we keep no copy. These files can contain player names and scores, so keep that in mind when choosing who to send them to. The privacy policy of wherever you send the file applies separately.
When you choose Import, only the file you pick (or the code you paste) is read.
4. Permissions
The app's Android manifest contains two permissions: INTERNET and VIBRATE. The internet permission is a standard one added by default by the app framework (Capacitor); Table League makes no network requests with it. The vibrate permission is used for short haptic feedback when you tap keys, and you can turn it off in Settings. The app does not ask for camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, storage or notification permissions.
5. Ads, purchases and third parties
Table League is free and shows no ads; it offers no in-app purchases. It contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or social-media library (SDK), and no data is shared with third parties.
6. Data deletion
All of your data stays on your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the app's data in your Android settings, permanently deletes your groups, matches, tournaments, settings and automatic backups. You can also reset the app inside it with Settings > Delete all data. There is no personal data on our servers to delete. Files you shared earlier stay wherever you saved them, and you can delete them yourself.
