🔐 Privacy Policy – Silent Cinema
This policy explains how the Silent Cinema (Sessiz Sinema) mobile game ("the App"), developed by Sogepps, handles data.
In short
- No account, no sign-in, no registration — nothing is sent to our servers.
- Player names, settings and the films you add stay on your device only.
- The game contains ads. Google AdMob, which serves them, processes device identifiers, approximate location and diagnostics.
- In the EU, the UK and similar regions you are asked for consent to ad personalization, and you can change that choice in Settings.
1. Information that stays on your device
Silent Cinema does not require an account or a sign-in. The following information created while you play is kept only in your device's local storage and is never sent to us or anyone else:
- Player and team names you enter
- Game settings: timer, passes, number of rounds and selected genres
- Film titles you add yourself
- Language, sound, music and vibration preferences
You can delete this information at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows interstitial ads between turns; no ads are shown during play. Ads are served through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) by Google LLC. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, this SDK collects the following data and shares it with Google:
- Device or other IDs: the Android advertising ID and app set ID
- Approximate location: a coarse location derived from the IP address
- App activity: interactions with ads (impressions, clicks)
- App info and performance: crash logs and diagnostics

3. Your choices
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and regulated US states you are asked on first launch whether ads may be personalized. You can change your decision at any time under "Ad privacy choices" in the game's Settings.
- In your Android device settings you can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off personalized ads.
- You can also play without an internet connection; then no ads are loaded and no data is sent.
4. Children
Silent Cinema is a party game for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
5. Data retention and deletion
Because there are no accounts, we store no user data. Local data on your device is deleted when the app is uninstalled. Retention of advertising data by Google is governed by Google's policies.
6. Changes to this policy
When this policy is updated, the new text is published on this page together with the date it takes effect.
