🔐 Privacy Policy – Habit League
This policy explains how the Habit League mobile app ("the App"), developed by Sogepps, handles data.
In short
- The app has no account, no sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases and no analytics.
- Your clubs, records, seasons, notes and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. The developer cannot access them and they are never sent to a server.
- The app makes no network requests: it works fully without an internet connection.
- Backups, CSV and PDF files, share images and friend cards go only where you choose, and only when you export or share them.
- Permissions: notifications (optional reminders) and vibration. The app does not ask for camera, microphone, location, contacts or storage access.
- Uninstalling the app deletes the data inside it.
1. We don't collect personal data
We (Sogepps), the developer of Habit League, do not collect your personal data, do not store it on our servers and do not share it with anyone. There is no account or sign-in in the app, and it contains no ads, no in-app purchases and no analytics of our own. No third-party advertising or analytics library is used.
2. Information that stays on your device
The clubs you create (name, crest, target, schedule), daily records and notes, season and cup results, focus sessions, friend cards and settings are stored only on your device, in the app's local database. Once a day the app also keeps up to 14 backups inside the device. This information is never sent to us.
3. Permissions the app uses
The app uses only the permissions it needs to work:
- Notifications and scheduled notifications (the notification permission, exact alarms, rescheduling after a restart and keeping the device awake briefly): only to show the reminders, the evening check and the morning bulletin notification that you switch on. Reminders are scheduled entirely on your device and use no server or internet. If you don't grant the permission, the app works without notifications.
- Vibration: short haptic feedback on taps and at full time; you can turn it off in Settings.
- Internet access: the Android app framework declares this permission, but the app itself makes no network requests.
The app does not ask for camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar or storage permissions.
4. Files you export
A backup (JSON), records (CSV), season and year reports (PDF), share images and friend cards are created only when you press the matching button, and they go through Android's share sheet or file picker to the place you choose (for example Files, email or a messaging app). From that point the file is covered by the privacy policy of the app or service you chose; we never see those files.
5. No ads, purchases or analytics
Habit League is free. It shows no ads, offers no in-app purchases and uses no analytics or tracking service. No advertising ID is collected.
6. Internet access
The app does not need an internet connection and makes no network requests while running, so none of your data is transferred over the network.
7. Children
Habit League is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Data deletion
All of your data stays on your device. "Delete all my data" under More > Settings removes your clubs, records, seasons and settings (a backup is taken first). Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your Android settings, also permanently deletes your data. There is no personal data on our servers to delete. Backup and report files you exported are yours to keep or delete.
