🔐 Privacy Policy – Flea Circus
This policy explains how the Flea Circus mobile game ("the Game"), developed by Sogepps, handles data.
In short
- The game shows ads through Google AdMob: an occasional full-screen ad at natural breaks in play (never in the early game, and never for players who bought something or removed ads), plus optional rewarded videos you can choose to watch.
- Google AdMob, which serves the ads, may process information as a third party, such as device identifiers (advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, app interaction data and diagnostics, to show ads, limit how often they appear, provide analytics and prevent fraud.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you're asked for consent through Google's consent form (UMP) on first launch; you can change that choice any time in the game's Settings under "Ad privacy options". You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings.
- We (the developer) do not collect or store personal data on our own servers; there's no account, no sign-in and no analytics of our own. Your game progress and settings stay only on your device.
- Optional in-app purchases (mutation dust packs, gold packs, the starter pack, ad removal) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never receive your payment card details.
- The game is played online: it checks the internet connection when starting and while playing. The connection is used for ads, Google Play purchases and this check; it sends no personal data.
1. We don't collect personal data
We (Sogepps), the developer of Flea Circus, do not collect your personal data, do not store it on our own servers and do not share it with anyone. There is no account or sign-in in the game, and we run no analytics of our own. The game shows ads; see section 3 below for what Google AdMob, as a third party, processes to serve them.
2. Information that stays on your device
Your game progress, settings and purchase records (such as anonymous purchase tokens kept to avoid delivering the same purchase twice) are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. This information is never sent to us.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): an occasional full-screen (interstitial) ad at natural breaks in play, and optional rewarded video ads you can choose to watch for extra rewards. To show and measure ads, limit how often you see them, provide analytics and prevent fraud, Google AdMob, as a third party, may collect and process information such as:
- Device identifiers such as the advertising ID
- Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device and app interaction data (ad impressions and clicks)
- Diagnostics

4. Ad consent and your choices
Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent form (UMP) on first launch where required and asked for their consent; you can change that choice any time in the game's Settings under "Ad privacy options" (shown where applicable).
On any device you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads / Privacy → Ads).
5. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
You can optionally buy mutation dust packs, gold packs, a starter pack or ad removal inside the game. These purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never receive payment details such as card information. To deliver what you bought, the app only receives an anonymous purchase token from Google Play, and it keeps that token on your device to avoid delivering the same purchase twice.

6. Internet access
An internet connection is required to play. To see whether the connection is on, the game sends simple requests without personal data to Google's connectivity-check address and to sogepps.tr. The internet is also used to show ads and to make or restore purchases through Google Play.
7. Children
Flea Circus is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Data deletion
All of your game data stays on your device. Uninstalling the game, or clearing the app's data in your Android settings, permanently deletes your game progress and settings. There is no personal data on our servers to delete. For data processed by Google, such as your advertising ID, you can use the choices in section 4.

When this policy is updated, the new text is published on this page.
