Fuel and service entries, a true cost per km, reminders for upcoming jobs and a Sale File for the buyer: your car's whole history in one place.
FUEL AND CONSUMPTION
- Enter any two of litres, unit price and total; the app works out the third, and you see the consumption of a fill-up before you save it.
- Consumption is worked out between full-tank fill-ups; partial fill-ups join the next one and a skipped fill-up cannot spoil the figures.
- Petrol, diesel, LPG, hybrid and electric (kWh/100 km); L/100 km, km/L or mpg; kilometres or miles, litres or gallons.
SERVICE, COSTS AND DOCUMENTS
- Service items such as oil, filters, brake pads, timing belt and tyres, with parts and labour amounts, workshop, note and invoice photo.
- Insurance, road tax, inspection, parking, tolls, car wash, fines, accessories and your own categories, plus mileage notes.
- Photograph the registration, policy, inspection report or invoices, or pick them from the gallery; the photos stay on your phone.
UPCOMING JOBS
- Ready-made templates (inspection, emissions test, insurance, road tax instalments, oil service, timing belt, tyre changes and more) or a reminder of your own. The periods are editable defaults.
- Track by date, mileage or both, repeat by months or km, and choose how early it warns you.
- "Done" opens the matching service or cost entry and sets up the next round; if you allow it, a local notification arrives when the time comes (no internet needed).
SALE FILE AND PAINT MAP
- One PDF for the buyer: cover, service history, a mileage chart, the paint / replaced map with the inspection note and the invoice photos you pick.
- If the mileage in your records never went backwards it says so; if some entries are inconsistent it lists them honestly.
- Mask the plate and leave out the purchase price, cost amounts and personal details (chassis no., engine no., notes) if you wish.

TRUE COST PER KM
- Fuel, service and other costs divided by the distance driven, shown on a gauge; depreciation can be included.
- Choose this month, the last 12 months, a year or all time in Reports.
MILEAGE FORECAST
- Works out your daily average from your entries and says "about this many km today".
- Mileage-based reminders get an estimated date. With too few entries it gives no estimate and asks for more.
REPORTS
- Monthly costs, category breakdown, consumption trend, fuel price trend, mileage chart, year and vehicle comparison.
- A yearly report PDF, and all entries as a spreadsheet file (CSV).

Backup without an account
An automatic local copy every day (the last 14 days are kept). Share a one-file backup whenever you like (photos optional) and restore it on a new phone. Your data lives only on your device, so if the phone is lost it cannot be recovered without your backup file.
Free app
Car Logbook is free and contains no ads or in-app purchases. The interface is in Turkish and English. The Sale File is built from the records you enter; it is not an official appraisal or document.
